We’ve been ornament-making fools at our house this week, even though I haven’t had time to post many of them yet.
The girls and I have been having fun and you’ll get to see all of them over the next week or two.
These felt hearts are easy and so pretty – I just love them.
It’s the same basic idea as the onesie ornament.
Cut two hearts, embroider whatever you’d like on the front (my snowflake is definitely an improvement on my numbers!), then stitch together.
I’m pretty stinkin proud of myself for actually accomplishing a blanket stitch. For some reason my brain just doesn’t “get” how that particular stitch works.
I didn’t stuff these hearts, but I think they’d be cute fluffy, too.
Maybe even cuter.
I promise, the next one won’t be made out of felt. 😉
