Freezer Meals: Italian Chicken

May 2013 001 (2)

It doesn’t get more simple than this one.

Take a few uncooked chicken breasts, stick them in a freezer bag, and dump zesty Italian dressing over the top.  I used about half a bottle for each bag.

Close the bags and return to the freezer.

When you’re ready to use them, thaw and bake like you normally would.

We eat a lot of salad with chopped chicken over the top, and they taste amazing with the Italian seasoning.

Hahaha…does this even count as a recipe?  🙂

  1. I’ve been wanting to change over to WordPress too, I’m really tired of blogger. So jealous about the self hosted WordPress – it seems like way too much work for me right now! Did you have someone design a custom template for your header? What host are using and did you have any help changing it over or did you have to do it yourself?

    1. I’m using Go Daddy and I switched over myself. It took some time, and I’m sure I have a lot more to learn, but I didn’t want to pay anyone to do it for me.
I made the header myself a while back and just googled it until I figured out what I was doing. I’m hoping to pretty up my design in time, but for now I’m just happy to have it operational!
