Time for the next edition of My Current Love List.
IKEA’s Raskog cart – I’d wanted one of these bad boys for months, so when IKEA dropped the price from $50 to $30 I was all over that. It’s the perfect solution for all those craft supplies I drag out almost every day and then have to put away. Now I just keep my handy dandy cart within easy reach and it saves me a lot of time. I love it.
Glad with Gain trashbags – I’m usually pretty okay with buying store brand items, but I learned a long time ago not to do that with trash bags. I’ve stayed loyal to Glad for a long time, because I’ve never had a problem with the drawstrings or bags themselves tearing, but they’ve managed to reel me in even further with their new Gain-scented bags. Since Gain is another product I’m willing to splurge on, I’m pretty much in love with these bags, especially since our trashcan is located in my little crafting nook(there’s literally nowhere else to put it). Now I can sit back there and smell one of my favorite scents of all time – coming from my trash can. Hahaha! They also came in very handy during my spring cleaning, especially when I decided that my girls had waaaay too many clothes and pared their closet down by about two-thirds. Thank you, Glad, for making a bag that won’t rip, even when weighed down by 30 lbs of clothing I never want to see my kids in again.
**I was sent product to try in exchange for my honest review, but all opinions are my own. These definitely would have made my list anyway. Pretty much anything that has Gain stamped on it makes it’s way to my house eventually.**
Tone Fruit Peel bodywash – I’ve been looking for a good bodywash for a long time. I’m super picky about scents and most of the time I find scents so overpowering that they almost make me feel sick when I use them. The Fruit Peel scent from Tone is perfection, a little spicy, a little tangy, and if they ever stop making it I will cry.
Artist’s Loft Watercolor set from Michaels – These are not high end watercolors ($5 regular price; even less with a coupon), but I adore them. I have no clue what I’m doing when it comes to watercolors, but I’m having so much fun making giant messes and coloring all the things.
Also on the list, but not pictured:
- The newest season of 24. Hello, Jack Bauer, I have missed you and your craziness.
- Fizzy frozen fruit slushes that are so good I’ve been making them almost every day. I’ll have to post the recipe soon; they’re perfect for the warmer temps we’ve been having and super easy to whip up.
- The extended hours of sunlight that spring brings. I’m never happy that summer is on it’s way, but if it would just stop raining I would really enjoy this season. It’s been SO WET this year!
Now it’s your turn. What have you been loving this time of year? Any must-have products that you want to share about?
