Personalized Memory Game

photo (37)

The girls and I are headed to my grandmothers at the end of the week and we’re lucky enough to get to celebrate Alisa’s 5th birthday while we’re there.  Since we never get to share the cousins birthdays (on my side of the family, anyway), I wanted to make a gift that would be fun for the girls to play together AND remind Alisa of her cousins.  This cute little memory game serves both purposes and I adore how it turned out.

Just paint plain wooden discs and mod podge photos on the front. (Make sure you give it a few good coats over the photo to seal it well.) Ta-da!

I’m definitely going to make another set for my girls, and I think I’ll include other family member photos as well. 🙂

    1. I bought them at Joanns, but I’ve also seen them at Michaels and Hobby Lobby. You can probably find them anywhere that carries unfinished wooden shapes.
