Pretty Pastel Pumpkins

Pastel Pumpkins

It’s finally cooled off a little this week  and every once in a while in the evenings it almost feels like *gasp* autumn!

I love this time of year so the first time I saw pumpkins in the store I bought some.  The girls were thrilled, and of course we had to fancy them up a little.

We debated on colors but finally settled on pastels from the Martha Stewart line (best stuff ever!).

It took two coats to completely cover and I touched up the stems after they were dry.  Now we have a pretty pumpkin display to help speed autumn on its way.  Goodbye, summer.  We won’t miss you.
