Trying New Things: Day 15

05 Day 15: Yoga

I don’t know if anybody noticed that I didn’t post yesterday, but…I didn’t.  Wasn’t feeling well and decided to give myself a break.

I’ve been wanting to try yoga for ages, so Susannah and I found a video and gave it try this afternoon.  It was hard.

Verdict: I need to buy some mats and find a good beginner video, but I think I’d like to make it a part of my routine.  It’s a nice break from the exercise bike.

Any yoga enthusiasts out there? I’d love suggestions for a dvd to start with.

  1. So glad you tried yoga! I am a big fan of yoga – I recommend a class with an instructor versus a video just so they can help you with the postures as a beginner – it makes a big difference. Hope you enjoy it! Thanks for sharing!
